da ich einen Monat in Athen verbringen werden, vermiete ich ein helles, 20qm großes Zimmer in einer netten 2er-WG. Das Zimmer liegt zum Hinterhaus raus und möbliert (ausgestattet mit Bett, Couch, Schrank und Regal).

Since I'm going to spend a month in Athens, I'm renting out my bright, 20sqm room in a nice shared flat. The room faces the rear building, which is why you don't hear any street noise. The room is furnished and equipped with a bed, a couch, a cupboard and a shelf.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in bester Lage im beliebten Reuterkiez. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich zahlreiche Supermärkte (Edeka, Lidl, Aldi), hervorrragende Restaurants, Bars, Cafes und das Maybachufer. Auch die Hasenheide und das Tempelhofer Feld sind nicht weit. Die U-Bahn-Haltestelle Schönleinstraße ist 5 Gehminuten, die Haltestelle Herrmannplatz 7 Gehminuten entfernt, von wo die U7 und U8 fahren.

The apartment is located in a prime location in the popular Reuterkiez. Close by are numerous supermarkets (Edeka, Lidl, Aldi), excellent restaurants, bars, cafes and the Maybachufer. Hasenheide and Tempelhofer Feld are also not far away. The subway stop Schönleinstraße is a 5-minute walk away, the Herrmannplatz stop is a 7-minute walk away, from where you can take the U7 and U8.
Du teilst Dir die Wohnung mit der bezaubernden Nadine (36, Restaurateurin, arbeitet für den neuen Berliner Kunstverein). Nadine ist äußerst entspannt und mir ihr kann man gut und gerne auch mal ein Bier nach dem Feierabend trinken oder gemeinsam etwas kochen (kein Muss natürlich).

You would share the apartment with the charming Nadine (36, restaurateur, works for the neue Berliner Kunstverein). Nadine is extremely relaxed and you can have a beer after work with her or cook something together (not a must, of course).
Die Wohnung hat außerdem eine große Wohnküche, ein Bad und einen großen Balkon, der von Nadine's Zimmer abgeht. Du hast natürlich jederzeit Zutritt zum Balkon.
Die Meite beinhaltet alle Kosten inklusive Internet, Strom, etc.

The apartment also has a large kitchen, a bathroom, and a large balcony that can be accessed from Nadine's room.
The rental includes all costs including internet, electricity, etc.
