The apartment is poorly soundproofed, ie you hear a lot from the neighbors and should be respectful yourself. In addition, the apartment has small quirks. A window can no longer be opened, the toilet flush is cumbersome and the bathtub drain must be cleaned regularly, because otherwise it clogs.
Apart from the aforementioned shortcomings, however, the apartment is wonderfully cozy. It's an old building with charm. And there is a balcony. The apartment is also located in a nice area, away from major roads, but with numerous bars and cafes and only a few hundred meters from Tempelhofer Feld.
I am looking for responsible people who will take good care of the apartment in my absence.
