Das Zimmer ist 20qm groß, möbliert, mit zwei großen Fenstern, schönem Holzdielenboden und einem Balkon. Es kommt vollmöbliert, solange bei deinem Auszug alles wieder so ist wie es aktuell der Fall ist, kannst du dich natürlich trotzdem ausleben/ selbst ein bisschen einrichten :)
Dreh- und Angelpunkt unser Wohnung ist die schöne Wohnküche, die perfekt für gemeinsame Kochabende in der WG und/oder mit Freunden gemacht ist. Wir wohnen in einem typischen Altbau, das heißt zwar hohe Decken und schöne Holzdielen, aber auch dünne Wände ;)
The room is 20 square meters, with two large windows, a beautiful wooden floor and a balcony. It comes fully furnished and as long as it looks the same when you move out, you can of course still furnish a little yourself/ get creative during your time here :)
The heart & centre of our apartment is the beautiful open kitchen/living-room, which is perfect for cooking evenings with us roommates and / or with friends. We live in a typical “Altbau”, that means nice high ceilings and beautiful wooden floorboards, but also thin walls;)
Von der Wohnungstür aus schaffst du es in 1,5 Minuten zur U8 Station Boddinstraße, das heißt du bist schnell überall! Dazu gibt es auch noch eine Busstation vor der Haustür. Für alles was du benötigst brauchst du jedoch keine Öffis. In 10 Minuten Fußweg hast du Supermärkte (den besten & größten Rewe der Umgebung, Edeka, Lidl, Aldi, Netto, Eurogida...), sowie Spätis, Apotheken & Restaurants ohne Ende. Das Tempelhofer Feld ist 5 Minuten Fußweg entfernt, dementsprechend viel Zeit wird auch darauf verbracht!
Wer nach einem Ort der Ruhe sucht, ist bei uns von der Lage her leider falsch. Wir wohnen mitten im belebten Schillerkiez und langweilig und leer wird es hier selten. Aber wer genau das und die dadurch entstehenden Möglichkeiten wertschätzt ist bei uns genau richtig :)
Starting from our door you can get to the U8 station Boddinstraße in 1.5 minutes, which means you can get anywhere quickly! There is also a bus station just in front of the doorstep. However, you don't need public transport to get anything you need. In a 10-minute walk you have all the supermarkets (the best & largest Rewe in the area, Edeka, Lidl, Aldi, Netto, Eurogida ...), as well as Spätis, pharmacies & restaurants, sometimes too many to choose from. The Tempelhofer Feld is a 5-minute walk away, so a lot of time is spent on it! The nice area full of bars in Neukölln is also just a 5 min bike or 15 min walk away (in case you are not able to ride the bike anymore).
If you are looking for a place of rest, you probably won't feel at home here. We live in the middle of the lively Schillerkiez and it rarely gets boring and streets are rarely empty. But if you value exactly that and the opportunities this creates, you are at the right place :)
