Small room for long-term rent in the heart of Neukölln (Innstrasse), at 260 euro per month, all included. The room will be free from the 1st of June. The wooden loft and all the furniture that you can see on the picture will not stay there, so the room will be totally empty (this means you will need to bring a bed, table, chair, etc).
The flat is to be shared with an Italian, and a Macedonian who is in Berlin mostly just on the weekends. Both are 42 and workers. For this reason, students and under 30 are not taken in consideration. Please, don't write if you don't match those criteria.
We are receiving hundreds of emails, so we need to filter out a lot of them even if this could sounds rude or unfair (sorry, also, if we won't reply to all of you, but this would be a full-time job).
VERY IMPORTANT NOTICE. READ CAREFULLY BEFORE REPLYING:
Given its very small size (8mq), the room is NOT suited for those who work or spend a lot of time at home, but it is perfect for those who use it as "Wochenendzimmer" or as a base to spend a few days in Berlin, because of the low price for the area where it's located. This notice to avoid having people thinking that the kitchen (the only common space in the house beside the bathroom) could be used as workplace. The kitchen is used just for cooking, eating, chilling and spending some time together. No other personal use.
