Berlin - Kreuzkolln / Treptow border. The area is a very vibrant part of Berlin close to some lively bars, delicious restaurants and relaxing cafés. 10 minutes walk to the nearest supermarket.

10 minutes walk to Rathaus Neukölln U-Bahn making it easy to get to any other vibrant area in Berlin within 30-35 minutes.
Sharing with me; a 36 year old male from London. I am working in Operations for a Restaurant chain, and hence work out of the flat the majority of the time. Occasionally I work from home.
I appreciate the communal areas being kept clean, and also someone who helps with minor household jobs such as taking the bins out. I have a cleaner who comes twice a month (cost included in the rent).
I am retired from clubbing, so am not looking for anyone who wishes to host after parties. Outside of that I am pretty chilled.
