Hello!
My roommate is moving out and I am looking for someone new (FLINTA*), 1st of June. :
As I have decided to try to find something by myself, it is only a short-term sublet with min. stay of 3 month (end of August) and max. stay of 5-6 (end of Oct/Nov) months.
We can discuss the details/circumstances personally - maybe we are an amazing match and I up my search for my own place. ; Otherwise it ́s perfect for someone who is just moving to Berlin or doing a semester abroad. :
The apartment is located in Neukölln, super close to the canal and just around the corner from Hertzbergplatz! Treptower Park is therefore accessible by bike (I always go there for a run).
I feel very comfortable in the area, you are a bit away from the hustle and bustle of Neukölln, but the Weserstraße with its many bars and cafes is actually just around the corner
Public transport is about 5 - 10 min (M41, S-Bahn Sonnenallee) and U7 Karl-Marx-Straße about 15 min away.
Your room is 25 m2 and has two big windows. It will be sublet with, which is only partly furnished e.g. no bed so far.
The building is Altbau and the flat is super bright and has a balcony by the kitchen. :
Your roommate is going to be me - Julia (she/her), 30 years old - who moved from Vienna to Berlin 4 years ago. I work full time at a film production company and really enjoy my job :).
I am usually out and about a lot, love to go see movies and exhibitions, and you will find me at the one or other bar/club!
I've always had good experiences in shared apartments, always had super nice roommates and a great time and would be happy if you so want to have some cute togetherness :). It ́s of course completely fine to take your own space and time for yourself - with a little respect and understanding for each other, we will get along perfecly! :)
I don ́t really feel like having parties at home - rather in the bar around the corner / the club. :
I am looking forward to getting to know you! Tell me a little bit about yourself and what you are doing in Berlin:).
It would be great if we could meet/chat etc soon already, since I there is not so much time left until the end of May. :
Looking forward to your messages!
P.S. It would not be Berlin, if the neighbors are not sometimes noisey and no Registration is possible....8)

Hello her loved ones,
my roommate pulls out and I'm looking for someone new (FLINTA*) at the latest 01.06.
After I decided to look for my own apartment, the rental is first on min. 3 to max. 5 months limited.
We can then discuss details/ circumstances personally. After it is super difficult to find an apartment in Berlin, an extension is not excluded. ;
Otherwise, the room would be perfect for a person who just moved to Berlin. :
The apartment is located in Neukölln, super close to the canal and just around the corner from the Hertzbergplatz! The Treptower Park is also easily accessible by bike. I feel very comfortable in the area, you're a bit away from the Neuköllner hustle, but the Weserstraße with its many bars and cafes is just around the corner :).
You are publicly connected with the M41, S-Bahn Sonnenallee and U7 Karl-Marx-Straße.
Your room is about 25 m2, old building, stucco and with all drums and dran and the balcony goes away from the kitchen. The room is only partially furnished or can be taken over by my roommate. Bed/Matraze is not available.
I am your roommate (Julia), 30 years old and moved from Vienna to Berlin 4 years ago. I work full time at a film production company, am a lot on the go, often go to the cinema, to exhibitions and also like to go to the one or the other bar/club ;).
I had always had good experiences in WGs, had always super love roommates and a nice time and would be happy, even if you like to have a nice one together:). If you need your rest, it is, of course, perfectly okay - with some sense, respect and understanding, you will surely get together well!
At parties at home, I don't feel like it - rather in the bar around the corner. :
Why don't you write a little about me? It would be great if we could meet and talk soon, as I'm on the door of June....
Look forward to your news!
P.S. It would not be Berlin if the neighbors are not sometimes loud and no registration is possible....8)
