Es gibt ein deckenhohes Fenster zum Innenhof, man hat es also recht ruhig, und trotz der Innenhoflage ist es den ganzen Tag sehr hell. Bis auf einen Kleiderschrank ist das Zimmer nicht möbliert (im Gegensatz zu den Fotos!).
The big window is facing the backyard, so it's rather quiet all day. The room is very bright all day, regardless of it facing the back. Except for a wardrobe, the room is not furnished (unlike in the pictures).
Die Wohnung liegt in einer Seitenstraße der Hermannstraße, genau in der Mitte zwischen den U-Bahnhöfen Leinestraße und Hermannstraße (U8 und Ringbahn/S45/S46). Zu jeder der beiden Stationen braucht man circa 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Zum Tempelhofer Feld läuft man ca. 10 Minuten, mit dem Fahrrad braucht man etwa 2. In der Straße gibts ein paar kleine Kiosks und Bars. Supermärkte findet man an der S Hermannstraße, genau wie einen DM und mehrere Apotheken.
The flat's located in a sideroad of Hermannstraße, half way between U Leinestraße and S+U Hermannstraße, so you have easy access to the U8 and S41/41/45/46. The walk to the train stations is about 5 minutes, to Tempelhofer Feld you need 10 by foot and about 2 by bike. In the street there are some small shops and bars. Grocery stores like Rewe and Netto are right at S Hermannstraße, as well as a DM and a pharmacy.
Wie oben schon beschrieben, ist die Wohnung eine 2er WG, das heißt, du wohnst nur mit mir zusammen.
Ich bin momentan Vollzeitstudentin an der TU und verbringe vor allem an den Wochentagen viel Zeit in der Wohnung, auch um von dem Trubel in der Uni ein wenig abschalten zu können. Deshalb suche ich auch eher nach jemand ruhigem mit einem relativ geregelten Tages- oder Wochenablauf, für den das Zuhause mehr ein Rückzugsort ist, an dem man aber abends auch mal zusammen kochen und was trinken kann.
Außerdem habe ich eine 4 Jahre alte Katze, dementsprechend wäre es gut, wenn du keine Katzenhaarallergie hättest! Schreib mir das am besten gleich mit in die Mail, und ob du schonmal mit einem Haustier zusammengelebt hast, so kann ich den Spam aussortieren.

As stated above, the flat's laid out for two people, so I'm the only one you'd be sharing the flat with. I'm a full time student at TU at the moment and spend a lot of time at home during the weekdays, mostly to get a bit of relaxation from uni. So I'm looking for someone rather calm and chill, maybe with a bit of a regular daily or weekly routine, to whom home is a place of retreat and to regain energy rather than a place to throw parties at.
I also have a 4 year old cat, so it'd be beneficial if you didn't have a cat allergy! Tell me about that and if you have lived with a pet previously in your message, just so that I can sort out the spam mail.

Das Zimmer ist erstmal bis November/Dezember frei, danach zieht der nächste (langfristige) Nachmieter ein. Es kann aber auch sein, dass derjenige noch abspringt und die Vermietung unbefristet wird - das stellt sich aber erst im Laufe der nächsten Monate heraus.
For now, the room is free until November/December, after which the next (permanent) tenant will move in. However, it is also possible that the next tenant cancels and the lease becomes open-ended - but this will only be determined in the next few months.
