The room has very high ceilings and is very spacious. However, the furnishings are minimal - there's 2 single bed mattresses on the floor, a wardrobe, and a chest of drawers. The rest of the apartment is fully furnished, so kitchen and bathroom have everything you need.
I am moving to a new place and need a temporary tenant for one month to bridge the gap between the new tenant coming in.
The apartment is right by the Britzer Damm river, so you can easily go for some nice walks along the river if that's your thing :)
Otherwise it's a 2 stop bus ride, or 10 min walk, to Hermanstrasse where you have the U8 and the Ringbahn. There you also have Nur Gemuse kebab which is honestly one of the best kebabs I've ever had in my life. After living there for 2 years, I still went at least twice a week - which says a lot!
Current roommate is a half Canadian half German dude, super chill, so both languages work.
He works at a music startup, so if you like music you'll bond over that for sure :)
Otherwise he's relatively busy, but still enjoys the occasional dinner or beer together in the evening.
The room is available only for the month of June, viewings and move in data possible starting today (June 2nd)!
