It's a two-floors-combined flat with 3rooms and a bathroom on each level. (Upper level where this room is, has been renovated and offers floor heating.) There's also a shared balcony with a great view of S Neukölln station unless you turn to the other side of a neighbor's room window. (Most of our neighbors are cool and the whole building consists of young working people and has a nice communal vibe.) Occasionally we throw a BBQ party here and gather for rooftop cinema in the summer.
Behind all the bustling Turkish and Arabic food scene on Karl-Marx-Str., there's more chill Rixdorf on the back side with cozy bars and restaurants. The location is not only blessed by public transit, but also close to Eurogida right next to our building, Penny just across the street, and Kaufland, ALDI, Rossmann, and Denn's Biomarkt just within 3-4min walking distance.
As we are 6 people living community (German, French, Irish, and Korean), we are looking for someone trustworthy, engaging, yet respectful, accountable, and CLEAN.
The monthly rent of 505 Euro includes all the utilities and internet.
Each tenant has a contract with Hausverwaltung which doesn't allow pets, but Anmeldung is guaranteed.
