Ich bin Lisa, 32 Jahre alt, Grundschullehrerin und würde ein Zimmer meiner Wohnung vom 08.04.24 bis zum 30.06.24 gern untervermieten. :) Der Zeitraum könnte vielleicht auch verlängert werden.
Es geht um ein helles, großes Altbauzimmer mit Matratze, Sofa, Kommode, Tisch, Kleiderständer, Rollos etc. und eine Küche und ein Bad, welche voll ausgestattet sind (Badewanne, Wasch- und Spülmaschine und vieles mehr : ).
Die Miete liegt pro Monat mit Allem bei 650€.
Mir ist Sauberkeit sehr wichtig und ein liebevoller Umgang mit den Dingen in der Wohnung auch:)
Bitte keine Partys, kein Rauchen und keine Haustiere🥁
P.S.: Eine Anmeldung in der Wohnung ist leider nicht möglich.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer super Lage in Neukölln.
