It is fully furnished, with a large bunk bed, desk, sofa, musicsystem etc. in a 3-person flat with two other uncomplicated and friendly roommates who mainly speak English, but German is also possible. Kitchen and bathroom, washing machine etc is for sure possible to use!
The room is a 10-minute walk from the S Bahn Sonnenallee and 10 minutes from the U-Bahn Karl-Marx-Str in a very nice area of Neukölln..10 min from Plänterwald and Tempelhofer Feld.
It is important to me that communication is good and honest, there are no fixed rules here, but respect and a strong sense for cleanliness are important.Communication mostly english but with me you can also write german.
About the price and a caution we can speak personally. No smoking inside!
