Zwischen Neukölln, Plänterwald und Köllnischer Heide ist die Wohnung für mich der perfekte Mix aus Stadtvibe und Ruhe. In 10 Minuten bist du mit dem Rad an der Spree und im schönen Plänterwald, in 5 Minuten an der Sonnenallee und im Berliner Cityvibe. Die Dachgeschosswohnung ist in einem entspannten Mehrfamilienhaus mit 5 Parteien. Die Wohnung ist eine Station außerhalb der Ringbahn -- also nicht direkt der Hot-Spot. Das ist wichtig, wenn du es gerne super lebendig um dich rum hast, ist das Zimmer vielleicht nichts für dich. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es gleich um die Ecke.

In between Neukölln, Plänterwald and Köllnische Heide the apartment is just the right mix between city vive and calm. In 10 minutes you are at the river Spree by bike and in beautiful Plänterwald. In 5 Minutes you are in the buzzing district of Neukölln at Sonnenallee, the house is one station outside the Ringbahn. The Dachgeschosswohnung is in a relaxed house with 5 families. Note: This space is not directly in the city core, jet easy to reach by bike of public transport. This might be important for you to know if you are in Berlin to be in between the buzz. There are supermarkets right around the corner.

Ich wünsche mir ein entspanntes, achtsames und ehrliches Zusammenleben, bei der jede*r von uns Raum hat und wir auch gerne gemeinsame Zeit verbringen können, wenn die Connection stimmt. Mir ist Sauberkeit wichtig in unseren geteilten Räumen. Ich arbeite überwiegend im Home-Office oder vom Cafe oder aus dem Garten raus (als freie Journalistin) und als Yogalehrerin bin ich unterwegs. Mein Zuhause ist meine Ruhe-Oase -- da die Wohnung eher klein ist, muss zwischen uns die Chemie stimmen. Was ich liebe: Natur, Yoga, gärtnern, tanzen, wandern, lesen und vieles, was mit Embodiment und Draußensein mit Freud*innen zu tun hat.

I am visioning a WG-situation that is relaxed, mindful and honest. Where both of us have space for ourselves and if we vibe, I am also happy to spend time together. Cleanliness matters to me in our shared spaces. I work mostly in Homeoffice or from a cafe or the garden when the sun is out (as freelance journalist) and as yoga teacher I am on the road. My home is my oasis and since the apartment is rather small, we need to vibe. What I love: Nature, yoga, gardening, dancing, hiking, reading, and many thing more related to embodiment and being outside with my darling friends.

Da ich Hunde liebe, ist das Angebot auch offen für Menschen mit Hunden. Vielleicht wichtig für dich zu wissen: In den kommenden Monaten werden an der Außenfassade des Hauses Renovierungsarbeiten durchgeführt. Aber hauptsächlich leise, also Streichen, neue Dachkästen und solche Dinge :) Ich freu mich auf deine Nachricht und wenn du mir ein wenig von dir erzählst. Wer bist du? Was machst du in Berlin? Since I love dogs, you are welcome to bring yours in case you live with one.
