Hi,
dein Zimmer ist halb-möbiliert mit Fenster zum Innenhof.
Boden in der gesamten Wohnung ist Echt-Holz - die Wände wurden selbstständig renoviert. D.h. wir haben die Raufasertapete entfernt und erneut weiß gestrichen. In deinem Zimmer wurde ein Teil der Wand naturbelassen - d.h. roher shabby shic look. :)
Falls du selbst Möbel mitbringst, können wir die sich im Zimmer befindenen Möbel auch umräumen ;)
Zu der WG gehört ein 18qm großes Wohnzimmer zu gemeinsamen Nutzung.

your room is half furnited with a window to the back court.
In the whole appartement the floor is real wood and the walls in your room have been renovated meaning we removed the wallpaper and left one side of the wall in natural.
If you bring your own furniture we can remove the furniture in this room.
The flat has a common space living room of 14qm.
Area of Schillerkiez is really hip and modern and it is super close to Tempelhofer Feld.
The place/location of the street is still calm and to next bars and spätis it is only a couple of minutes.
The next U Bahn Station is Ubhf Boddinstraße.
Your roomate is Andrea, she is from Czech Republic and works as an 3D/Visual Artist in Berlin.
