I have a semi-furnished room available (bed with bedding, sofa, desk with monitor, some other random furniture) in a shared 2-bedroom apartment close to S Neukölln. The room is available until Dec 1, when a friend is coming here to live with me.
The rent is 750€ everything included so unfortunately on the more expensive side but we do live in a newly renovated Altbau with a bathtub, washing machine and a relatively large kitchen that is very well equipped. There is towels, bedding and a full kitchen available for you.
I am working from home most days of the week, German, 31 and am looking for someone decent and respectful to live with for a short amount of time. I have lived in Berlin for 8 years so I am pretty set here. Would appreciate if we do not cook red meat at home and not smoke in the kitchen all the time, other than that I think we'll manage.
Please message only if you do not need an Anmeldung (I know, sorry!) and are ok to stay until December 1st. I am open to discuss a flexible rental period.
S Neukölln is a leisurely 5 minute walk away, 3 minutes if you really need to be there quick. We're on the 4th floor so you'll get some exercise every time you take down the trash.
