Hey, I'm Sim, and I'm renting out a room in my cute 2 room flat in Neukölln for a couple of months (flexible dates, but starting Dec 15th latest).
You would stay in the bigger room (see pictueres) and live with me. I am an easy going, 30 year old, like to spend some quiet time at home but also up for a drink or cooking action every now and then. I will be away from Dec -Mid January. I enjoy philosophy, nature, techno, hanging out with friends and strolling to all the book- and coffeeshops of Berlin.
Located ideally in Schillerkiez with loads of nice restaurant and bars around the corner, but the flat itself is very quiet as located jn second floor backyard. Tempelhofer-Feld, which is more or less my second home, is a 5min walk.
