The room is at the 2nd floor of a duplex apartment.
On the 2nd floor are the bedrooms, storage room and bathroom, there's also a kitchen and residing room. in addition to every other rest room and a small terrace.
Since I could be back in January, I would love to hand over the room to you furnished (as in the pictures). I was capable of freeing up some space, however I left a few things in some of the closets. I can still get screen/chairs or other things out, we will discuss what you would love to use.
At the south side, there is lots of sunlight encroaching in the room. You additionally share a balcony with Carl. Since I'm traveling, I have not handled him lovingly this year and I hopefully know you will get along easily.
The room also faces faces the street.
Its totally the most perfect location as its at the heart of Neukolln...This grants you access to everything or every place you want without any difficulty .its just three minutes away from the u8, the Hasenheide or the Tempelhofer feld. There are also other restaurants especially the one that Edmond works and its mostly our favorite joint for hanging out. its close to bars too.
You are sharing the room with Carlton and Edmond .Carlton I would describe him as easy-going, sarcastic, analytical, and independent. In his free time, He likes to spend my time outside, either alone or with others. On the weekends, He often heads out to party, watch movies , and cycle. One of his favorite places to go to is the.....
He is a mechanical engineer by trade, and works a pretty normal 8-5 schedule. During the week, he is usually in bed by 10:30 and up by 6. On the weekends he usually asleep by 12 and up around 9. He believes in aliens and has the worst dad jokes he thinks are funny.Edmond on the other hand is the best chef I have ever seen. If you would want to try out delicacies from different parts of the world lol he does it for free to his roommates lol ..just don't touch his knives lol.You're never going to see him cuz he'll be at work. Just save him enough space in the fridge for a permanent 6 pack home and wall shelf for boujee condiments haha
Also try not to leave too many dishes. Nothing upsets him more than coming home after a shift and being hungry about to make some fried eggs or something simple and the kitchen's a mess. He will end up cleaning the whole kitchen out of habit lol . They are all very open minded and are always open to coffee and beer whenever
There are no pets allowed in the apartment. We are looking for someone for the entire period of time. You can smoke in your own room ooooh and start with the word Edmond is the best chef just to know that you have gone through everything we took our good time to write lol .
