Hallo ihr Suchenden,
wir, Tom (24) und Alice (22) sind auf der Suche nach einer*m neuen Mitbewohner*in.
Wir wohnen in einer frisch sanierten Wohnung in Neukölln (U-Bahn Schönleinstr). Das Zimmer ist ca 13m² groß und kostet 500€, im Preis inbegriffen sind großes Bad, Küche + Wohnzimmer, Terasse und Keller. Das Zimmer wird gerade noch fertig gemacht und wird zum 1.11 ready sein.
Wir sind keine Zweck-WG, sondern unternehmen auch gerne mal was zusammen (gehen aus und auf events) und freuen uns, wenn wir uns nach der Arbeit über das Geschehene austauschen können und zusammen kochen können. Wenn die Türen mal zu sind und jeder sein eigenes Ding macht, ist das vollkommen ok! Sexismus, Faschismus, Rassismus und Speziesismus sind hier nicht toleriert.
Zu uns:
Alice arbeitet im Fashion-Bereich und hat ihr eigenes Start-up. Sie ist halb-italienerin und halb-franzosin, spricht gutes Deutsch aber die WG-Sprache ist Englisch. Alice tantzt gerne, geht oft auf Fashion/upcycling events und ist viel im Bereich Sustainability tätig.
Ich, Tom, mache Musik und gehe gerne auf Konzerte, Festivals und Open mics. Ich nehme auch viel zu Hause auf, dass heißt man hört gelegentlich auch Gesang oder Keyboard (aber alles im Maße). Ich mache auch gerne Sport (Fußball, Volleyball, Calisthenics) und gehe gerne auf Reisen.

we, Tom (24) and Alice (22) are looking for a new roommate.
We live in a freshly renovated apartment in Neukölln (Ubahn Schönleinstr). The room is about 13m² in size and costs €500, the price includes a large bathroom, kitchen + living room, terrace and cellar. The room is still being renovated, but will be ready by 1.11
We are not a "zweck-wg", but also like to do something together (partying and going to events) and are happy to converse after work and cook together. When the doors are closed and everyone does their own thing, that's perfectly ok! Sexism, fascism, racism and speciesism are not tolerated here.
About us:
Alice works in fashion and has her own start-up. She is half Italian and half French, speaks good German but the WG language is English. Alice likes to dance, often goes to fashion/upcycling events and is very active in the field of sustainability.
I, Tom, make music and like to go to concerts, festivals and open mics. I also record a lot at home, which means you occasionally hear vocals or keyboards (but everything in moderation). I also enjoy doing sports (soccer, volleyball, calisthenics) and like to travel regularly.
