Hi dears,
I’m renting a room in my flat on Wildenbruchstraße (Neukölln), temporarily from nov. until xmas (so no Anmeldung, sorry). I guess it would be ideal for someone who is in-between flat or similar. 2nd floor, bright. The room is massive, around 30sq m - I normally use it as a living room, but it’ll be converted as bedroom for this period. It has its own balcony. The flat has been recently renovated, brand new kitchen with electric hob and dishwasher, then obviously washing machine, oven - a bathtub and a robot hoover, too :) and lots of plants.
30 seconds away from the canal and from Wildenbruchplatz, bus stop in front of the building, Rathaus NK 10 min by foot (or 3 by bus)... weserstraße um die Ecke... Treptower Park 15 min by foot...
You’d be sharing the flat with me. I am 36 yo, work in a Kita and study at the Lehramt Q Masters at Humboldt. I consider myself easy going and no fuss:) I mean, at my age I have a certain experience with sharing a flat. I have my pals in berlin and like to hang out in the weekend. parties in the flat lieber nicht, though of course friends are welcome etc. I mean, the usual, common sense stuff... I am veggie and would prefer living with another meat-free person, but it’s not a must. The gender of the person doesn’t matter, as long as they’re nice:)
The flat is pet friendly. I have the most chilled dog myself, and these couple of months I’ll have to be out and about a lot between work and uni. it is no must, however it would be great to find someone who has a dog, too / is a dog lover, and doesn’t mind taking my cutie out around the block smt like 2 afternoons a week when I have to be out all day. I’m happy to talk about it and lower the rent in this case of course.
