we are subletting one of the rooms in our sunny 165m`2 loft flat on the 5th floor.
The flat has 3 entrances, 2 from each stairway and one centered, which leads straight into the living room/open kitchen by elevator. Also, there are 2 bathrooms, each located at the end of the flat's enclosing corridor. It's fully furnished and esthetical settled in, to enjoy the space and sky view equally.
Our three bedrooms are minimalistic with large open-view windows. We are flexible in deciding which one to choose for you. Either way, there is a spare bed, desk, and blankets as well as various storage options.

the flat is located between Böhmischer Platz and S Sonnenallee. Rixdorf and Sonnenallee provide various options to consume whatever is needed and quick access to Ringbahn or U7 with a little walk.
We know each other for many years. Leon works as a chef and Valentin works in movies. We are happy to welcome you for two months in our flat and look forward to getting to know you.
