From the 20.12.-27.12. u are alone in the flat. Afterwords with my lovely flatmade (25) The room has a balcony, big windows and lots of plants. the cozy open kitchen invites to chill, eat or enjoy the view to our little shared garden which leads directly into a beautiful cemetery. You’ll find everything you need- shops, great bars and restaurants as well as the Tempelhoferfeld and a beautiful, ancient looking park called Körnerpark.

The s-or u-bahn(public transport) is close by. The flat has two bedrooms- (a spacious 23m2) one with a balcony and a smaller (12m2) very quite one the big room is available from 20.12.-04.01. more infos and fotos on request :)

Zwischen 20.12.-27.12. wärst du allein in der Wohnung. Danach mit meiner netten Mitbewohnerin (25). Die Wohnung liegt im schönen Schiller-Kiez, ruhig mit allem was man braucht um die Ecke. Das große Zimmer ist hell und hat einen Balkon und viele Pflanzen. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind vorhanden. In der offenen Küche kann man nett sitzen oder natürlich kochen. Das Tempelhofer Feld sowie der Körnerpark sind nur einen Sprung entfernt. S & U-Bahn sind auch nah. Mehr infos Infos auf Anfrage, gerne Familien/ ruhige Leute, silvester-parties gehen nicht klar, Katern natürlich schon :)
