Voll möbliertes Zimmer mit großer Fensterfront und Zugang zum Balkon, der zur Südseite ausgerichtet ist und auf dem man tagsüber die eventuell mal auftauchende Sonne genießen kann.
Das Zimmer kostet 520€ für den gesamten Zeitraum vom 19.04.-19.05.23.
Die Lage ist super, wir wohnen in einer Seitenstraße und dementsprechend ist es ruhig. Man ist sofort an der Hermannstraße mit allen Geschäften die man braucht. Der Schillerkiez liegt einem zu Füßen, mit reichlich Bars, Restaurants und zweimal die Woche Markt. In 5 min ist man auf dem Tempelhofer Feld. Die U8-Bahnstation Leinestraße ist 4 min Fußweg entfernt Boddinstraße 8 min.
Du wirst mit Buggy und Frie zusammen wohnen. Frie startet gerade ihre Promotion und Buggy ist vor kurzem mit dem Master fertig geworden und jetzt auf Jobsuche. Frie und Buggy sind seit Jahren befreundet, das heißt ein aktives WG-Leben ist möglich, wenn du magst, aber natürlich kein muss.
Wir würden gerne in diese Woche (vermutlich Mittwoch) in den Abendstunden Besichtigungen machen.

The location is great, we live in a side street and accordingly it is quiet. You are right on Hermannstraße with all the shops you need. The Schillerkiez is at your feet, with plenty of bars, restaurants and a market twice a week. The Tempelhofer Feld is only 5 minutes away. The U8 train station Leinestraße is a 4-minute walk away, Boddinstraße 8 minutes.
You will live with Buggy and Frie. Frie is just starting her PhD and Buggy has recently finished his Master's degree and is now looking for a job. Frie and Buggy have been friends for years, which means an active flat-sharing life is possible if you like, but of course not a must.
We would like to do visits this week (probably Wednesday) in the evening.
