Ich suche ab 07.01 einen vertrauensvollen und ruhigen Mieter für ein Zimmer in frisch sanierten Wohnung in Neukölln. Wenn du KEINE Party-Wg suchst, sondern es dir ein entspanntes, ruhiges und organisiertes Ambiente wichtig ist, melde dich!
Die 67 m² Wohnung liegt in der historischen Dammweg Siedlung (BJ. 1920 ) und ist super angebunden. Der S-Bahnhof Köllnische Heide ( 1 Station vom S-Bahn Ring Sonnenallee) und mehre Bushaltestellen sind in 3-4 min. zu Fuss zu erreichen.
Supermärkte (Edeka, Aldi, Rossmann, Döner, Pizza, Mc donald’s) vor Ort.
