Mein Mitbewohner und ich gehen fast gleichzeitig ins Auslandssemester, daher werden zwei neue Mitbewohner*innen gesucht. Justin wird hier bleiben. Das andere Zimmer ist ca. 19qm groß, kostet 490€ + Nebenkosten 15€ und ist vom 7.2 - 31.07.23 verfügbar.
Justin (21) wohnt seit August in Berlin und studiert Informatik. Ursprünglich ist er 2021 aus Namibia nach Deutschland gekommen und hat bis zum Studium als Au-Pair gearbeitet.
Er unternimmt gerne was mit Leuten (feiern, eislaufen, schwimmen, Café, spazieren, reden) oder chillt in seinem Zimmer. Manchmal kann es passieren dass er länger wach bleibt und dafür später in den Tag startet. Das kann sich aber demnächst ändern, weil er vor hat einer Arbeit nachzugehen. An sich ist er ein tendenziell ruhiger Mitbewohner.
Von seinen neuen Mitbewohner*innen wünscht er sich, dass man über alles reden kann.
LGBTQ+ und BIPOC freundliche Menschen erwünscht.
Alles andere (z.B. Putzplan, Einkäufe usw.) kann dann persönlich geregelt werden.

My roommate and I are leaving for our semester abroad almost at the same time, so two new roommates are needed. Justin will stay here. The other room is about 19sqm, costs 490€ + utilities 15€ and is available from 7.2 - 31.07.23.
Justin (21) lives in Berlin since August and studies computer science. Originally he came to Germany from Namibia in 2021 and worked as an au-pair until his studies.
He likes to do things with people (party, ice skating, swimming, café, walking, talking) or chill in his room. Sometimes it can happen that he stays awake longer and starts later in the day. But this can change soon, because he is planning to start working. In general he tends to be a quiet roommate.
He would like his new roommates to be able to talk about everything.

Everything else (e.g. cleaning schedule, shopping, etc.) can then be arranged personally.
Ob eine Kaution fällig ist muss noch mit der Wohnungsgesellschaft abgeklärt werden.

Miete muss auch beim späteren Einzug ab Mitte Februar gezahlt werden.
Keller ist vorhanden, aber ist zurzeit relativ voll.
