We are looking for a roommate for our relaxed flat share in a beautiful old building with a large kitchen, large bathroom and separate toilet.
**We're looking for someone over 27 and who has a regular income that can be proved.**
Your room can be furnished with a bed frame, sofa, desk and chair, or we'll make a clean sweep and you can bring your own things. However, the sports mats shown are not included. :P
Position
The subway station Boddinstraße (line U8) is right outside the front door. From there you can reach Alex in 12 minutes.
Bakeries, supermarkets, late shopping, bars and cafes, Tempelhofer Feld and Hasenheide are within walking distance!

We mostly work home office, so we are closed a lot during the day. But we like to travel and we travel a lot, so you can miss us too. We're pretty laid back people with a dry sense of humour, we like to go out but (mostly) don't bring the party home.
Since Tom doesn't speak German, English is the official language of our flat share, which you should be able to speak to some extent. ;)

wir suchen eine:n Mitbewohner:in für unsere entspannte WG in schöner Altbauwohnung mit großer Küche, großem Badezimmer und separatem WC.
Dein Zimmer kann wahlweise mit Bettgestell, Sofa, Schreibtisch und Stuhl möbliert sein oder wir machen tabula rasa und du bringst deine eigenen Sachen mit. Die abgebildeten Sport-Matten sind allerdings nicht inklusive. :P
Die U-Bahn-Station Boddinstraße (Linie U8) ist direkt vor der Haustür. Von dort aus ist man in 12 min am Alex.
Bäckereien, Supermärkte, Spätkauf, Bars und Cafés, Tempelhofer Feld und Hasenheide sind in Laufweite!

Wir arbeiten meistens im Home Office, sind also tagsüber viel zu Hause. Aber wir reisen gern und viel, damit du uns auch mal vermissen kannst. Wir sind ziemlich tiefenentspannte Menschen mit trockenem Humor, gehen gern weg, aber bringen die Party (meistens) nicht nach Hause.
Da Tom kein Deutsch spricht, ist Englisch die offizielle Amtssprache unserer WG, die du auch einigermaßen beherrschen solltest. ;)
