Das Zimmer hat hohe Decken, alte Dielen, Stuck und Zugang zu einem Balkon auf die Weserstraße. Es ist teilmöbliert mit Lattenrost und Matratze, Ikea-Schrank, einem Eiermann-Schreibtisch und einem Teak-Sideboard. Abends ist es teilweise laut draußen, vor allem in den wärmeren Monaten. Man sollte also nicht super lärmempfindlich sein. Das Zimmer ist auf den 15. Juni 2023 befristet, wenn meine Freundin zurück nach Berlin zieht.
The room has high ceilings, old floorboards, stucco and access to a balcony on Weserstrasse. It is partly furnished with a slatted frame and mattress, an Ikea cupboard, an Eiermann desk and a teak sideboard. It is sometimes noisy outside in the evenings, especially in the warmer months. So you shouldn't be super sensitive to noise. The lease is limited to June 15, 2023 when my girlfriend moves back to Berlin.
Auf der Weserstraße, in der Nähe des Reuterplatzes gelegen: Hier sind viele Menschen unterwegs, die Cafés, Bars, Restaurants und Spätis besuchen. Der Kanal, Hermannplatz, Reuterkiez sind alle fußläufig erreichbar. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man auch schnell beim Tempelhofer Feld, Görlitzer Park und Rixdorf.
Located on Weserstraße, near Reuterplatz: Lots of people are out and about here, visiting cafés, bars, restaurants and late night shops. The canal, Hermannplatz, Reuterkiez are all within walking distance. You can also quickly reach Tempelhofer Feld, Görlitzer Park and Rixdorf by bike.
Du würdest mit mir, Lollo (28), zusammen wohnen. Ich lese viel, bin auf Wochenmärkten unterwegs, gehe oft ins Kino, spiele Tischtennis und seit neuestem auch Tennis. Ansonsten gehe ich öfter mal tanzen oder bin in Cafés unterwegs und treffe Freund*innen. Ich promoviere in VWL und forsche zu politischer Ökonomie.
Ich suche nach einer Person, die offen und herzlich ist, ganz egal ob noch in Studium oder Ausbildung oder schon im Berufsleben. Wichtig wäre mir, dass man sich gut versteht und da ich viel arbeite wäre es schwierig, hier regelmäßig Parties zu schmeißen. Ab und zu Besuch zu haben sollte allerdings normal sein.
