Während meiner Abwesenheit vermiete ich mein wunderschönes Altbau-Zimmer mit großzügigem Balkon nur wenige Meter vom Kiehlufer entfernt. Das Zimmer ist Teil unserer sanierten 2-Zimmer-Altbauwohnung, welche u.a. über eine große Regendusche verfügt.
During my absence, I am renting out my beautiful room in with a spacious balcony just a few metres from the Kiehlufer. The room is part of our renovated 2-room Altbau flat, which has a large rain shower, among other things.
Unsere Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße mit Zugang zum Kanal. Alles für den alltäglichen Bedarf ist fussläufig im Umkreis von 5 Minuten erreichbar. Ebenso sind die Wildenbruchstr. und die Weserstr. mit ihren Bars und Cafes nur wenige Fussminuten entfernt. Unser Zuhause liegt zwischen S Treptower Park und U Rathaus Neukölln, beides entweder mit dem Rad oder dem Bus (Bushaltestelle 3 Fussminuten entfernt) schnell erreichbar.
Our flat is located in a quiet side street with access to the canal. Everything for everyday needs is within 5 minutes walking distance. Likewise, Wildenbruchstr. and Weserstr. with its bars and cafes are only a few minutes' walk away. Our home is located between S Treptower Park and U Rathaus Neukölln, both of which can be reached quickly either by bike or by bus (bus stop 3 minutes' walk away).
Meine Mitbewohnerin Anna ist aktuell die meiste Zeit nicht daheim, weshalb es mehr etwas von Alleine als zu Zweit wohnen hat. Wenn sie denn da ist, ist es allerdings viel schöner mit ihr als ohne sie ;-) Außerdem hat Anna bis 29.01 unser Babysit-Kater Burzl zu Besuch - eine krasse Katzenhaarallergie wäre also ungünstig.
My flatmate Anna is currently not at home most of the time, which is why it is more like living alone than together. When she is there, however, it is much nicer with her than without her ;-) Besides, Anna has our babysitting cat Burzl visiting until 29.01 - so an allergy to cat hair would be unfavourable.
Bei der Monatsmiete handelt es sich um eine Inklusivmiete, welche neben WLAN, Gas, Strom & Co. Die eigentliche Inklusivmiete liegt bei 850 €, aber da wir bisher niemand verlässlichen gefunden haben, haben wir diese reduziert, damit das Zimmer nicht leer steht.
The monthly rent is inclusive and includes Wi-Fi, gas, electricity, etc. as well as a 2-weekly cleaning service. The actual inclusive rent is 850 €, but since we have not found anyone reliable so far, we have reduced it so that the room is not empty.
