The kitchen has everything you need for life - dishes, refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher.
The apartment is in an old building, but it is cozy and spacious. The apartment has 2 toilets but only one bathroom. We also have a dog living with us in the apartment. It is better to come and see everything by yourself if the period of stay is suitable)
Location is very comfortable. It is close to M41 and M43 bus stations and close to Rathaus Neukohlln U-Bahn 7 station. 15 min walking to Hermanplatz.
We are small family - Katya, Bodya and our dog Goldi. Mostly I'm studying at home or do something else, for example produce music or read a book, or do sport exersices. Katya is junior cook in restaurant. Usually she starts afternoon and come home late.
We are looking for a kind and polite person who will keep the house clean and help create comfort at home, will respect the rules of the house, such as cleaning the kitchen after eating (but of course it's okay if there is only one plate and cup in the sink because you were late for work :) ).
