Das Zimmer ist ca. 15 qm groß und super gemütlich, weil es direkt unterm Dach ist. Es hat zwei Fenster, aus denen
man den Fernsehturm seen kann und ist quadratisch geschnitten. Es hat Laminatboden und die Wände sind weiß
gestrichen. Die Wohnung liegt im Dachgeschoss (mit Fahrstuhl) und alle 3 Zimmer, Küche und Bad sind zugänglich durch einen
großen Flur, der nochmal eine extra Stauraum-Ecke hat. Wir genießen eine wirklich geräumige Küche, mit
"Panorama"- Blick auf den Fernsehturm, den Allianz- Turm am Frankfurter Tor und das Tempelhofer Feld kann man
auch erahnen. Die Küche hat Platz für eine Sitzecke, es gibt einen großen Kühlschrank inkl. Gefrierfach, natürlich
Herd, Ofen, und zu unserer aller Freude eine Geschirrspülmaschine

The room is about 15 square meters and super cozy. It has two windows from which you can see the TV tower and
is square cut. It has laminate flooring and the walls are painted white.
The apartment is on the top floor (with elevator) and all 3 rooms, kitchen and bathroom are accessible through a
large corridor, which again has an extra storage corner. We enjoy a really spacious kitchen with a panoramic view of
the TV tower, the Alliance tower and the Tempelhof field. The kitchen has space for a sitting area, there is a large
fridge with freezer, of course a stove, oven, and to our delight a dishwasher.
Die Wohnung liegt im Bezirk Neukölln etwa 300m von der Station Hermannstraße entfernt mit sowohl perfekter
Nahverkehrs- (S-Bahn Ring, Richtung BER, U8, zahlreiche Busse) als auch Autoanbindung. Das Tempelhofer Feld
und der Schillerkiez sind ebenfalls nur wenige Minuten mit dem Fahrrad entfernt. In der direkten Umgebung gibt es
außerdem zahlreiche Einkaufs- und Essensmöglichkeiten.

The apartment is located in the district Neukölln about 300m from the station Hermannstraße with perfect public
transport (Ring, direction BER, U8, numerous buses) as well as car connection. The Tempelhofer Feld and the
Schillerkiez are also only a few minutes away by bike. There are also numerous shopping and dining options in the
immediate vicinitv.
Deine zukünftigen beiden Mitbewohnerinnen sind Tabea (Berufstätig, 26) und Annalisa (Master, 25). Unser
Zusammenleben in Kurzform: offen, respektvoll und mit einem Lächeln :). Wir putzen die Wohnung jede Woche
immer abwechselnd und verlassen Bad und Küche nach der Benutzung immer einen Tick besser, als wir sie
vorgefunden haben. Diese Lebensphilosophie sollte auch auf dich zutreffen, damit wir uns nicht gegenseitig auf die
Nerven gehen. Rücksichtnahme, Anpassungsfähigkeit und Aufgeschlossenheit sind also in Muss!

Your future roommates are Tabea (working, 26) and Annalisa (Master, 25). Our life together in short form: open,
respectful and with a smile :). We clean the apartment every week alternately and always leave the bathroom and
kitchen a bit better after use than we found them. This philosophy of life should also apply to you, so that we don't
get on each other's nerves. Carefulness, adaptability and open-mindedness are a must!
