Da ich für ein paar Wochen im Ausland unterwegs sein werde, vermiete ich mein WG-Zimmer zwischen dem 01.03. - 16.04. unter. Die Daten sind aktuell noch etwas flexibel, lass uns einfach sprechen und ich bin sicher, dass wir eine gute Lösung finden werden :)
Das Zimmer ist möbiliert inkl. privatem Balkon.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Straße mit viele tolle Bars, Cafés und Restaurants in der Nähe. 2 Minuten zu Fuß zur U-Bahn Haltestelle Rathaus Neukölln. Es gibt einen LIDL, der sich direkt auf der anderen Straßenseite befindet.
Die WG ist keine Zwecks-WG, daher gerne mehr über dich schreiben (Alter, Tätigkeit, freizeitliche Aktivitäten etc.), sodass der Vibe zwischen allen Mitbewohnern gut passt.
Kosten: 690€ all inkl. / Monat

As I will be travelling abroad for a bit, I am subletting my shared room between 01/03 - 16/04. The dates are currently still a bit flexible, let's just talk and I'm sure we will find a good solution :)
The room is furnished incl. private balcony.
The flat is located in a quiet street with many great bars, cafes and restaurants nearby. 2 minutes walk to the underground stop Rathaus Neukölln. There is a LIDL just across the street.
As I'm living in great harmony with my roomates, it would be amazing to write more about yourself (age, occupation, leisure activities etc.) so that the vibe between all flatmates fits well.
Costs: 690€ all incl. / month
