das zu vermietende zimmer ist ein großes, helles zimmer mit eigenem wintergarten (siehe fotos)
davor haben wir es als wohnzimmer genutzt, die küche ist jedoch so groß, dass wir tisch und stühle auch dorthin stellen können, und so das große zimmer gerne untervermieten wollen, es ust teilmöbiliert (kleiner schrank und couch und kleiderstange) aber es gibt kein bett
wir haben die mietdauer als befristet angegeben, da wir die wohnung warscheinlich im laufe der nächsten monate tauschen wollen, da wir eine etwas kleinere, zentralere wohnung suchen. da das jedoch noch nicht feststeht, und es sein kann, dass wir doch langfristig hier bleiben oder eine tauschwohnung bekommen, die genug zimmer hat dass man gemeinsam umzieht (falls man sich gut genug versteht) beseht auch die möglichkeit auf ein langfristiges bleiben. wir können es zu diesem zeitpunkt nur nicht versprechen :)

the room for rent is a large, bright room with its own balkony/ wintergarden (see pictures)
right now we arr using it as a living room, but the kitchen is so big, that we can also put our table and chairs there, and so we would like to rent out the large room, it is partly furnished (small cupboard and couch and clothing rack) but there is no bed
we have put in the rental period as limited, as we probably want to swap the apartment in the course of the next few months, because we are looking for a smaller, more central apartment. since that has not yet been fully decided, and it is possible that we will stay here long-term or get an exchange apartment that has enough rooms that we can move together (if we get along well enough), there is also the possibility of staying long-term. we just can't promise it at this time :)

The apartment is located at the end of Sonnenallee, the M41 is a 6-minute walk away and the S-Bahn station Köllnische Heide is a 10-minute walk away
hier wohnen: paula (22) und lady (24), sowie mara (24), die jedoch erst mitte april von ihren reisen wiederkommt. wir sprechen deutsch und spanisch in der wg, da lady aus kolumbien ist, englisch können wir natürlich auch, falls du kein deutsch oder spanisch sprichst. ein guter wg- vibe ist uns wichtig, jede von uns arbeitet bzw. studiert und so sehen wir uns meistens nur abends kurz. wir quatschen aber gerne oder kochen auch mal gemeinsam und uns ist es wichtig, dass du auch ähnliche vorstellungen des zusammenlebens hast. mara und ich (paula) sind freundinnen und haben die wg gegründet und lady ist auch über wg gesucht dazu gekommen.
who ist living here? paula (22) and lady (24), as well as mara (24), who doesn't return from her travels until mid-april. we speak german and spanish in the flat, because the lady is from colombia, but of course we can also speak english so if you don't speak german or spanish there is not a problem. a good vibe in the flat is important to us. each of us works or studies, so we usually only see each other briefly in the evenings, but we like to chat or cook together and it is important to us that you have similar ideas about living together. mara and me (paula) are friends and started the shared flat and lady came to it through wg- gesucht :)
