Hello! Looking for a roommate to share a bright and spacious, furnished 1-bedroom apartment that I have been able to secure.
I will be going into my final year of Biology undergrad university programs in Toronto, Canada, currently finishing my semester, and I will be traveling in Europe this summer, and working in Berlin for June and July, on a YMA (work visa). I am a friendly, respectful and relaxed 22 year old, a non-smoker, love cooking, going to the gym, music, traveling, and going out with friends. I'm a social person and I enjoy hanging out with other roommates, while respecting each other's space. I speak English, some Spanish and French. I like to cook, and would be happy to cook together.
During the week I expect to be working, going to the gym, listening to music , maybe playing a couple of rounds of chess or visiting my cousins. On weekends I like to go out, and want to discover Berlin & other nearby cities.
-**Ideal renter** will be a like-minded student or young working professional who is clean, friendly and respectful, and interested in renting for the full 2 months.
-Available only from June 1 - Jul 31st at a rate of €$625/month all-inclusive, plus €$400 deposit.
NOTE: owner is also looking to rent until Aug. 31st, and can be arranged with them directly, for the full rent (double).
-IMPORTANT: No smoking in the apartment.
