Zu vergeben ist ein schönes WG Zimmer in Berlin Niederschöneweide. Die Wohnung hat insgesamt drei Zimmer, du wirst also zwei Mitbewohner*innen haben. Ausserdem gibt es ein großes helles Badezimmer und eine ebenso große und helle Küche.
Das Zimmer ist teilmöbliert. Es gibt einen Sessel, ein Bett.
Das Badezimmer hat eine Badewanne mit Dusche und ist mit einer Waschmaschine ausgestattet. Die Küche ist voll eingerichtet, unter anderem mit einem Geschirrspüler.

We have a nice room for rent in a shared flat in Berlin Niederschöneweide. The flat has a total of three rooms, so you will have two flatmates. There is also a large, bright bathroom and an equally large and bright kitchen.
The room is partially furnished. There is an armchair, and a bed.
The bathroom has a bathtub with shower and is equipped with a washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher.
Der S Bahnhof Schöneweide liegt ca. 8 Minuten zu Fuss entfernt. Von dort aus erreichst innerhalb kurzer Zeit die Stationen Neukölln, Ostkreuz, Warschauerstraße, Adlershof, und den Flughafen BER, du bist also sehr gut angebunden. Des Weiteren gibt es eine Tramstation von der aus du gut nach Köpenick, Marzahn und Friedrichshain angebunden bist, sowie einen Bus der dich ins Herz von Kreuzberg bringt, z.B. ans Schlesische Tor und direkt vor die Türen von Tresor und Kit Kat.
In unmittelbarer Nähe der Wohnung findest du EDEKA, Kaufland, Mediamarkt, Lidl, Penny und Decathlon. Außerdem gibt es in etwas größerer Entfernung auch Rewe, Aldi, Mömax und Bauhaus.

Schöneweide S-Bahn station is about 8 minutes' walk away. From there you can reach the stations Neukölln, Ostkreuz, Warschauerstraße, Adlershof and the BER airport within a short time, so you are very well connected. There is also a tram station with good connections to Köpenick, Marzahn and Friedrichshain, as well as a bus that takes you into the heart of Kreuzberg, e.g. to Schlesisches Tor and right outside the doors of Tresor and Kit Kat.
You will find EDEKA, Kaufland, Mediamarkt, Lidl, Penny and Decathlon in the immediate vicinity of the flat. There are also Rewe, Aldi, Mömax and Bauhaus a little further away.
Ihr werdet mit Darwin zusammenleben. Er studiert an der HTW, war für längere Zeit in Australien und Neuseeland, spielt Fußball und ist ein großartiger Koch. Mit ihm habt ihr einen super netten, zuverlässigen und ordentlichen Mitbewohner.
Meine Partnerin und ich ziehen aus, daher werden zwei Zimmer frei, wer schnell genug ist kann also mit Darwin die*den andere*n Mitbewohner*in aussuchen.

You will be living with Darwin. He studies at the HTW, has spent a long time in Australia and New Zealand, plays football and is a great cook. He's a super nice, reliable and tidy flatmate.
My partner and I are moving out, so two rooms are becoming available, so if you are quick enough you can choose the other flatmate with Darwin.
