Die Wohnung hat insgesamt 3 Schlafzimmer, wovon aber nur eins vermietet wird. Geteilt wird ein großes Wohnzimmer, ein Bad, eine Küche und noch ein weiteres Schlafzimmer welches aber anderweitig in Benutzung ist.
Das Zimmer an sich ist knapp 25m² groß und hat ein großes Fenster.
Die Wohnung liegt 3min laufweg vom S Bahnhof Schöneweide entfernt. Zur Friedrichstraße brauche ich maximal 30 Minuten und es fährt selbst nachts unter der Woche permanent die Bahn durch die Flughafen Anbindung.
Zwar ist eine Querstraße eine Schnellstraße, allerdings hört man keine Geräusche in der Wohnung.
In Laufweite ist die Spree, mehrere Einkaufmöglichkeiten (Kaufland, Edeka, Netto, DM, Rossmann), ein Späti sowie Restaurants.
Ich bin Studentin und arbeite nebenbei, weswegen ich zuhause Ruhe brauche um mich zu erholen. In der Wohnung lebt ebenfalls ein Kater.
Raucher sind definitiv nicht erwünscht, nicht nur wegen der Katze sondern weil mir vom Geruch schlecht wird. Auch sind WG Partys oder täglicher Besuch absolut ausgeschlossen aus genannten Gründen.
Ich suche jemand ruhiges, verlässliches der pünktlich zahlt und den Putzplan einhält.
Das Zimmer wird wohl ab Anfang April frei.
