The room is semi furnished, having a double-sized bunker bed (Hochbett) on top and an office desk with office chair and an external screen underneath.
Right now it's been used as my guest room and office, so it's a great room if you work with computers.
The room has two big windows facing the Northwest, receiving plenty of sunlight all over the year, but of course there are blinders, that let you make the room completely dark.
The apartment has good connection to SBahn, tram and buses, being only 10min walking to the Schöneweide Bahnhof, that provides direct lines to the city center and Schönefeld Airport.
The flat is also located about 5min walking from the river Spree and close to many parks and large green areas.
I am a software developer and am subleasing my office/guest room for a short time, especially as I won't be in Germany from April to June, so you might have the apartment only for you for a few months.
I am vegan and *NON* smoker and am looking for someone who is also either vegan or vegetarian and also *NON* smoker. Smoking in the apartment is strictly forbidden. (Believe me, I have a quite sensitive nose :-))
Besides that, that flat is complete, with full furnished kitchen, washing machine and bathroom with a bathtub.
As an extra, the apartment also has a "cinema" room, with a projector providing a 3m wide screen and a 5.1 audio system, great for watching movies or series.
