WG Flat in Niederschöneweide close to HTW (unfurnished)

You need around 10 minute walk from here to the tram station where the Main train station Schöneweide and also bus station are located at. From there you can take the tram to HTW if you are studying there, which will take 10-30 minutes depending on which Campus you are attending or for instance with the Bus 165 to Kreuzberg, which will take around 20 minutes. You are connected with various places, like for instance Neukölln, Südkreuz, P-Berg, Alex (20 min), Potsdamer Platz (34 min with 1 change) by the main train station. Let's just say you can go to many places from there :D This also applies to trams. You also need 10 minute by foot to get to to stores like Rewe, Netto (that's where I always go), Kaufland (which has a lot to offer).

It would be awesome if you spoke English with me, but if you can't then German is also fine. I spend most of my days in my room, currently, in front of my laptop or making videos. So, you might hear me talking in my room when you are in the hall, now you know why. Times when you see me coming out of my cage :D is when I make food in the kitchen or run errands like going to netto. What would be awesome is if you also went to the gym because I need a gym buddy again (haven't gone for some time due to corona). If you don't then no worries :) I play the guitar from time to time and do vocal exercises at least once a week for around half an hour (if you hear a sound like a dead cat...that's probably me) and I practice dancing from time to time, but that won't bother you since I do it in my room. As long as we get along then all is good...oh wait...and paying the rent..yeah, rent...that's more important :P

08.08.20 UPDATE: I just found out that my flatmate IS LOOKING FOR AN APARTMENT, rather already having one to move into. This means that it CAN take longer than by the end of August, sorry about that. He told me maximum until the end of September he should have something by then.
