Hello,
Me, Zak (30 years old and working as a psychologist), Nadi (37, artist) and Andy (25, studying biotechnology) are looking for a temporary flatmate ( sublet: NO Anmeldung/ registration possible) for our super beautiful and warm flat. I will be traveling for a month and would like to find a friendly new person to take up my lovely furnished room. We speak German, English as well as and Arabic
The room is well lit, 15 square metres and faces a way from the main street.

The flat is in Niederschöneweide which is 5 minutes walking from the S Bahn Schöneweide with 5 different S bahn lines. In 10 Minutes you are in Friedrichshain and 30mins at Hauptbahnhof (main Trainstation).
Kaufland and Edeka are 5 mins walking from the flat. The Spree is 2 mins away as well as 2 huge green spaces are 20mins walking(Plaenterwald and Wuhlheide)
Andy is studying a bachelor's in Biotechnology and is quite active in different left collectives/political groups. Nadi is an artist and works mostly at night.
I am a psychologist. We are all very laid back, clean, respectful of other people's privacy and spaces. We like to make pop corn and share sometimes food, talk about our days or whatever is on our minds. . Otherwise we are all very busy and sometimes barely run into each other.
We are hoping to find someone who is queer or queer friendly. Someone who knows how to live with others in a peaceful environment.. no drama, no stress, clean and has good vibes.
