I offer my large studio room. It is equipped with a loft bed and usually serves as my work space. There is a large desk and plenty of space. The room is quiet and facing the street. French balcony with a beautiful tree in front.
The room mass is 4.5 x 6 m, under the loft bed there is a storage area for my painting tool, books and fabrics, which is minimizing the area to 25 QM.
The furniture is economical, but can be embellished.
The kitchen is very small, fully equipped two people can sit at the table and eat together.
There is a nice bathroom with a bathtub.
I will make a sublease contract with you with thtee month's termination notice, The length of the rental period can be adapted to the duration of an apprenticeship or other reasons.
Ich biete mein grosses Zimmer zur Untrrmiete an. Es ist mit einem Hochbett ausgestattet und dient mir normalerweise als Atelier.
Die Raummasse sind 4,5 x 6 m, unter dem Hochbett befindet sich eine Aufbewahrungsfläche für mein Malwerkzeug, Bücher und Stoffe, die von dieser Fläche abzuziehen ist.
Es ist ein grosser Schreibtisch und viel Platz vorhanden. Das Zimmer ist ruhig und strassenseitig gelegen. Französischer Balkon mit schönem Baum davor.
Die Möblierung ist sparsam, kann aber verschönert werden.
Die Küche ist sehr klein, komplett eingerichtet. Man kann zu zweit am Tisch sitzen und gemeinsam essen.
Es gibt ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne.
Ich mache einen Untermietvertrag mit Euch mit dreimonatiger Kündigungsfrist, die Dauer der Mietzeit kann an die Dauer einer Ausbildung angepasst werden.
Der Raum wird im Oktober renoviert. Wer selbst malern kann und will, kann nach Fertigstellung einziehen. Dazu gehört auch Dinge die Zreppe herunter tragen.

The apartment is not far from the Siemensdamm underground station. There are many restaurants and snack bars, supermarkets and companies from Facebook to Osram, Siemens Campus in the area. There is a lot going on during the day, but no nice offers at night.
FU. TU AND Udk are easily accessible by bike. In 5 minutes you can reach a small lake with an outdoor lake pool and a wonderful large park with a high ropes park and large lawns, forest.
As long as Txl is still open, you will be there in 10 minutes, at the main bus station / trade fair as well.
Die Wohnung liegt unweit zum U-Bahnhof Siemensdamm. Es gibt in der Umgebung viele Restaurants und Imbisse, Supermärkte und Firmen von Facebook bis Osram, Siemens Campus. Tagsüber ist viel los, nachts aber keine netten Angebote.
FU. TU UND Udk sind problemlos auch mit Fahrrad zu erreichen. In 5 Min kann man einen kleinen See mit Freibad und einen wundervollen grossen Park mit Hochseilpark und grosser Liegewiesen, Wald erreichen.

I work with dogs. I occasionally take dogs to my home for dogsitting. You should not only be not afraid of dogs, you should like them very much and don't feel uncomfortable with them. The dogs should be allowed to go into your room. Your own dog would be very welcome. I am allergic to cats.
I prefer people, who like to cook and don't hang on their smartphones all day. Culture shouldn't be a foreign word.
Cooking and eating together occasionally or sitting together comfortably would be nice.

I am undogmatic, atheistic and independent. At my age of 61, I don't want to talk about cleaning plans or acting responsibly. That is why some flat share experience is an advantage.

Du solltest nicht nur keine Angst vor Hunden haben, sondern sie sehr mögen. Die Hunde sollen in dein Zimmer dürfen. Dein eigener Hund wäre sehr willkommen. Gegen Katzen bin ich allergisch.

I expect absolute smoke-free persons and I am consistent against hard drugs. This includes excesses of alcohol, party drugs. Permanent smoking weed etc.
Whoever finds a dog dirty and smelly is unfortunately wrong with me. My roommate should really LIKE dogs. The dog should be allowed to come into your room also and stay with you sometimes.
Any form of addiction results in immediately termination of the stay. The deposit expires !!! I had very bad experiences in the past with that problem and therefore I will act pretty hard.
I also expect that the internet access will not be used for illegal or paid downloads.
And:
"Nazis are not allowed in here!" in general I am NOT tolerating extreme statements on the right or left, or misogynistic behavior. I dislike fanatic religiosity, that applies to all religions and sects
Ich erwarte absolut rauchfreie Personen und bin konsequent gegen harte Drogen. Dies schließt Exzesse von Alkohol und Party-Drogen ein. Dauerkiffen usw.
Wer einen Hund schmutzig und stinkend findet, liegt leider falsch mit mir. Meine MitbewohnerIn sollte Hunde wirklich mögen, nicht nur tolerieren. Der Hund sollte auch in sein/Ihr Zimmer kommen und manchmal bleiben dürfen.
Jede Form der Sucht von harten Drogen (Heroin, Amphethamine, Tabletten auch extremer Alkoholmissbrauch führt zur fristlosen Kündigung und sofortigen Beendigung des Aufenthalts. Die Mietkaution wird nicht erstattet !!! Ich habe in der Vergangenheit sehr schlechte Erfahrungen mit diesem Problem gemacht und werde daher ziemlich hart handeln.
Das Gleiche gilt, wenn der Internetzugang für illegale oder kostenpflichtige Downloads (Sexseiten etc.) verwendet wird.
Und:
