The first room is on the 3rd floor and has its very own balccony that plenty of birds like to stop by at. You have your own bathroom right next to your room and live on the same floor as the kitchen and living room.

The second room is located in the 4th floor and has its own bathroom with a bathtub. If you're more of a shower kind of person, the 3rd bathroom of the flat just across the living room will fit your needs perfectly. The maisonette apartment itself is about 171sqm big split across two floors, a kitchen and attached dining room as well as the furnished 80sqm rooftop terrace being the highlight of the apartment.

Das erste Zimmer liegt im dritten Stock und hat einen eigenen Balkon auf dem man wunderbar brunchen kann. Dein eigenes Bad inklusive Dusche ist direkt nebenan. Da du im selben Stockwerk wie das zukünftige Wohnzimmer und die Küche wohnst, ist eine kurzfristig angelegte Kaffeepause schnell vollzogen.

Das zweite Zimmer liegt im 4. Stock und hat ein eigenes Bad inklusive Badewanne. Falls du mehr ein Dusch-Mensch bist, hilft das dritte Badezimmer hinter dem angelegten Wohnzimmer fix aus. Die Maisonette Wohnung ist insgesamt 171 Quadratmeter groß und auf zwei Stockwerke aufgeteilt. Teil der Wohnung ist eine Küche mit angehängtem Essensraum sowie das Highlight, die 80qm große und mittlerweile auch möbilierte Dachterasse.

Although the apartment is located a bit far in the east of Berlin, the tram station Rummelsburger Straße/Edisonstraße is only a minute footwalk away from the apartment which means you can reach most parts of Berlin within a 20-40 minute timeframe. Both a Rewe and an Aldi are a five-minute walk from the apartment and we also have the luxury of having our very own Späti right in front of our doorstep.

Auch wenn das Apartment etwas weit im Osten Berlins gelegen ist, durch die Tram-Station Rummelsburger Straße/Edisonstraße ist praktisch ganz Berlin innerhalb von 20-40 Minuten zu erreichen. Sowohl ein Rewe als auch ein Aldi und DM sind zu Fuß 5 Minuten entfernt und wir haben einen Späti direkt vor der Tür.
