4er WG in Schönesweide

Important: the room is not furnished

We are looking for a new roommate for our apartment in Oberschöneweide.

The apartment has 2 floors, a large terrace, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. It's located on a quiet street and is very well connected to public transportation. There is a bus and tram station just 3 minutes away, and the Schöneweide S-Bahn station is reachable by bus in 5 minutes or on foot in 15 minutes. From there, you can quickly reach various places (Ostkreuz in 10 minutes, Neukölln in 9 minutes, Alexanderplatz in 20 minutes, Kreuzberg in 20 minutes). There are plenty of shopping options nearby, including a Rewe, Aldi, and Penny just around the corner. Additionally, there are numerous kebab shops, snack bars, and other restaurants in the neighourhood. The room is 440 euros + 10€ for the wifi, and a deposit of €880. Whoever moves in needs to bring their own furniture as the room will be *unfurnished*. Anmeldung is possible.

Currently, Olaf (24), Johan (20), and Laura (23) live here. We are all students and get along well, often hanging out in our kitchen/living room, where we have all sorts of conversations and occasionally eat or have coffee together. We also enjoy doing things together from time to time and are definitely not a purely functional flatshare.

That's why we're looking for someone with whom we all get along and who is open to conversations and spending time together. Of course, no one is obligated to do anything, and we all go about our daily lives, but it would be nice if we didn't just live alongside each other, and there's a cozy vibe in the flat :) So, please tell us about yourself, what you're like, what you enjoy doing, and feel free to send us a photo of yourself.
