Hello, my quiet and fully furnished room is available immediately. The flat is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine and has two toilets, a large bathroom and storage room. WLAN etc. The bus stop is behind the house, a 1-minute walk away, and the S-Bahn station Pankow and U-Bahn station, as well as grocery shops, pharmacies are 6 minutes away on foot. You can get to the city centre very quickly thanks to the good connections. You don't need anything to move in, even blankets and pillows are available.
You can move in immediately. The room would cost you 600€ warm for July.
If you decide to stay longer than July, you will have to pay my landlord 1.200€ per month.

Hallo, mein schönes, ruhiges und vollmöbiliertes WG-Zimmer ist absofort frei. Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet mit Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine und hat zwei Toiletten, ein großes Bad und Abstellraum. WLAN etc. Die Bushaltestelle ist hinter dem Haus 1. Minute zu Fuß und die S-Bahnstation Pankow und U-Bahnstation, sowie Edeka, Kaufland, Apotheken 6 Minuten zu Fuß. Im Stadtzentrum bist du ganz schnell durch die gute Anbindung. Du brauchst nichts um Einzuziehen, auch Decke und Kissen ist vorhanden.
Du kannst absofort einziehen. Das Zimmer würde dich für Juli 600€ warm kosten.
Falls du dich dazu entscheidest länger als Juli drin zu bleiben, musst du dann an meinen Vermieter 1.200€ monatlich zahlen.
