Hey Girls,

We are looking for a new flatmate for our nice Girls-WG for May.

The flat is approximately 55 m², newly renovated and bright apartment. It is located in a very calm area in Pankow (10 mins walk to Pankow s+u). The highlight of the apartment is the kitchen, which is really big and fully equipped.

The room is furnished. The kitchen has all necessities such as washing machine, dish washer, Coffee machine and its equipped with all the basics (Kitchen stuff, dishes etc.).

The total rent includes everything such as, Water, Heating, Green power and WLAN. Internationals are most welcome.

The apartment is pretty close to Pankow S+U station. The bus station is just 2 minutes away from the apartment. With Bus, you can reach to Pankow S+U station within 5-6 minutes and by walk it takes around 10-12 minutes. Within 4-5 minutes walk, you can reach to the near supermarket Lidl.

You can go to P-Berg (one of the nicest area in Berlin) within 15-20 minutes with public transport.

We are two roommates who are living in this apartment.

You will be sharing the apartment with my roommate, she is working as a IT Developer and mostly works from home. She likes to workout often and do cafe hopping on weekends. She is really cool and easy going person.

We both are neat and tidy and does not like to live in a messy environment. That's why we like to keep our apartment clean and we have a rotating cleaning schedule.

In general, the building itself is really calm so you can have a good focus on your work or studies. With the WG life, you can always plan go for a walk or have a nice tea time with my roommate since she is a friendly person but we also respect each other's privacy.

It's a girls apartment and we are looking for a female roommate only. Please send a short intro of yourself. We would be happy to invite you to a visit :)
