Ein schönes sonniges Zimmer mit eigenem Balkon und Bad direkt daneben. Außerdem eine sehr große und gut ausgestattete Küche und Kammer mit Waschmaschine zur Mitnutzung.
Das Zimmer ist im Moment noch in Benutzung, wird dann aber komplett leer geräumt sein. Wenn Bedarf besteht kann ich auch Möbel stellen, bevorzuge aber unmöbliert.
Die Wohnung ist saniert und im top Zustand. Verkehrsgünstig angebunden Richtung Alex und Mitte mit sbahn und U-Bahn und Tram. Das Zimmer ist vermutlich ab 01.08. verfügbar, realistischer Einzug könnte zum 15.08. oder 01.09. erfolgen.
Es ist eine ruhige Wohngegend. Der Schlosspark ist 100 Meter entfernt, im Sommer ist das Sommerbad Pankow fußläufig in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zahlreich in unmittelbarer Nähe, inklusive Wochenmarkt.
Ich wohne hier mit meinen zwei Kindern (3/11). Die sind die Hälfte der Woche hier und die andere Hälfte bei ihrer Mutter. Ich arbeite viel und bin an den Wochenenden selten da.
