Hallo zusammen!
Wir suchen jemanden für ein kleines Zimmer in einer WG in Pankow. Ab 17.07., ohne Anmeldung. Voraussichtliche Mietdauer mindestens bis Ende 2023. Wenn es nicht genau passt, kannst du trotzdem schreiben, vielleicht schaffen wir so, dass es klappt :)
Die Miete beträgt 320 Euro, die Kaution 520 Euro.
Das Zimmer kommt ohne Möbel.
S/U-Bahn und Tram sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Die Fahrt zum Alexanderplatz dauert etwa 20 Minuten.
Du würdest mit mir wohnen (Anni), und mit der Hauptmieterin, die hier ziemlich selten bleibt. Wir erwarten jemanden mit einer ruhigen und freundlichen Persönlichkeit, der rücksichtsvoll gegenüber anderen ist, die Privatsphäre respektiert und sich gut um die Dinge kümmert.

We are looking for someone to take one small room in a WG in Pankow. From 17.07, without Anmeldung. Expected rent period at least till the end of 2023. If it doesn't exactly match, you can write anyway, maybe we can make it work :)
Rent would be 320 eur, Kaution 520.
Room comes without furniture.
S/U-bahn, train are few minutes walk away. Takes about 20min to Alexanderplatz.
You would be living with me (Anni), and the main tenant who is stays here pretty rarely. We are expecting someone with a calm and friendly personality who would be considerate towards others, respects private sphere and takes a good care of things.
