Das Haus wurde 1920 gebaut, und in den 1990er Jahren wurde das Dachgeschoss zu Wohnungen ausgebaut. In diesem Dachgeschoss befindet sich die Wohnung im 5. Stock ohne Aufzug. Da sich die Wohnung im Dachgeschoss befindet, hat sie daher schräge Wände und ist recht kompakt. Das angebotene Schlafzimmer ist recht klein und hat eine interessante Aufteilung, aber dennoch gemütlich und angenehm, um dort Zeit zu verbringen. Als Sozial-/Gemeinschaftsraum gibt es nur die Küche, und es gibt auch ein schönes Badezimmer mit Waschmaschine, Badewanne und separater Dusche.

The house was built in 1920, and in the 1990's the attic was turned into apartments. This attic level is where the apartment is located; 5th floor with no elevator. Since the apartment is in the attic, it therefore has slanted walls, and is quite compact. The offered bedroom is quite small, and has an interesting layout, but still cozy and enjoyable to spend time there. As far as social/common space it is just the kitchen, and there is also a nice bathroom with washing machine, a bathtub, and a separate shower.
Die Nachbarschaft ist ein Viertel aus den 1920er Jahren mit direktem Anschluss an die U2, die Straßenbahnlinien M1/M50 und mehrere Busse. Die Ringbahn und viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nur eine Station entfernt und können sogar zu Fuß erreicht werden. Die Straße ist fast 100% Wohngebiet, und ruhig.

The neighborhood is a 1920's quarter with direct access to the U2 line, M1/M50 for tram lines, and several buses. The Ring Bahn and lots of shopping are just one station away, and can even be reached by foot. The street is almost 100% residential, and quiet.
Auf der Suche nach einem schwulen männlichen Mitbewohner für die WG. Das andere Schlafzimmer in der Wohnung ist auch von einem schwulen Mann besetzt. Freundlich, relativ ruhig, aufgeräumt und professionell beschreibt die Atmosphäre in der WG. Die Wohnung ist ein geschützter Raum, in dem man sich selbst sein kann und in dem es keine Scham oder Verurteilung wegen eines Date, eines FKK-Moments oder irgendetwas anderem im Zusammenhang mit dem schwulen Leben gibt. Es ist jedoch keine Party-WG, und es gibt nicht einmal genug Platz, um hier eine zu veranstalten :) ... aber es kann trotzdem gesellig und lustig sein. Diese Wohnung ist eine rauchfreie Zone und kann nur an Nichtraucher vergeben werden (auch kein Dampfen, sorry Jungs). Haustiere jeglicher Art sind nicht erlaubt.

In search of a gay male roommate to join the WG. The other bedroom in the flat is occupied also by a gay male. Friendly, relatively quiet, tidy, and professional describes the atmosphere in the WG. The apartment is a safe space to be yourself, and no shame or judgement about a date, an FKK moment, or anything else related to gay life. It is however not a party flat, and there isn't even space enough to throw one here :) ... but still can be social and fun. This flat is a smoke-free zone, and can only be offered to a non-smoker (no vaping either, sorry guys). No pets of any kind allowed.
