Da ich spontan ein Zimmer auf Dauer gefunden habe und unser jetziger Wohnungsvertrag Ende November endet, suche ich jemanden, der diesen letzten Monat noch in meinem schönen Zimmer verbringen möchte:-)
Die Gegend ist sehr schön. Es gibt alles was das Herz begehrt in Laufnähe. Kneipe, Späti, Supermarkt, Ärzte, Park, usw. Die S-Bahn Station Wollankstraße ist ca. 8min zu Fuß entfernt, die Tram vom Rathaus Pankow 5min. Der Bus 255 hält direkt vor der Haustüre. Ich bin wirklich traurig hier wegziehen zu müssen.
Da wir alle auf der Suche nach neuen Unterkünften sind, bzw. die Stadt verlassen, gab es viele Wechsel in der Wohnung in letzter Zeit und man hat kein intensives Zusammenleben mehr. Trotzdem sind alle die hier wohnen sehr lieb.
Da die Wohnung zum 30. November geräumt sein muss, könnte es sein dass ein paar Tage vorher schon ganz schön Umbruchstimmung ist, Teile der Kücheneinrichtung ausgeräumt wird, usw. Ich hoffe sehr, dass es nicht zu trubelig wird. Ansonsten würde ich mich auch auf eine Mietminderung in den letzten Tagen einlassen.
