Hallo liebe Suchende,
Wir sind eine dreier WG und unsere Mitbewohnerin Judith geht ins Erasmus, daher wird bei uns zwischenzeitlich ein Zimmer zur Untermiete frei.
Hier ein paar Daten dazu:
Der Einzug wäre um das Wochenende 16-18.02 möglich und es wird bis zum 31.07 frei sein.
Das Zimmer kostet 376€ warm und ist 14 qm groß.
Kaution sind zwei Monatsmieten.
Die Wohnung ist in Pankow 13158, neben S-Schönholz.
Und zu uns: Wir sind Nina (26) und Joana (25). Nina studiert gerade im Master Public History und arbeitet im Museum. Joana hat Ethnologie studiert ist sehr gerne am Nähen und im Sommer an Skateboard fahren.
In der Konstellation wohnen wir erst sein Juli zusammen.
Wir sind eher entspannt drauf. Sind also selbst nicht so die Party-People, aber auch gerne mal Unterwegs und bei Ausstellungen, Kino, Konzert, Vortrag oder politische Weiterbildung.. gerne am Start. Die Küche ist unser WG Treffpunkt. Hier wird oft abends gemeinsam gekocht (vegetarisch) und gequatscht. Gerade im Winter schauen wir auch gerne Filme zusammen. Und weil wir momentan alle vom sitzen in der Uni und bei der Arbeit Rückenschmerzen haben machen wir auch oft Rückenyoga oder workouts zusammen 😅. Musikalisch begleitet von guter Musik natürlich:D..
