Lage Florakiez in Pankow, 8 Minuten fußläufig zum U-, S-Bahnhof Pankow (Bus verkürzt den Weg),
von dort Anbindung mit Straßenbahn, U-Bahn, S-Bahn in die Stadt,
z.B. nur 3 Stationen mit U-Bahn bis U-Bhf. Eberswalder Str. im Zentrum Prenzlauer Berg.
Ich selbst bin männlich, 59 Jahre, freundlich, Architekt, mehrsprachig,
werde aber in den nächsten 3 Monaten meistens nicht in Berlin sein.
Sollte ich doch mal kurz in der Stadt sein nutze ich u.U. das Durchgangszimmer.
Ein weiteres Zimmer wird bis Ende Juli 2024 bewohnt von einem Freund,
ca. 34 Jahre jung, Lehrer, multilingual (frz., engl., span.).
Gesucht wird eine angenehme, freundliche, tolerante Person (m/w/d).
Wir legen jedoch Wert auf angemessene Sauberkeit und Ruhe, im Sinne eines vernünftigen und friedvollen Miteinanders.
