A room in a 2nd WG Ein Zimmer in einer 2er-WG

I'm looking for a roommate in my 2nd World Cup.

The apartment consists of two bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, induction cooker, refrigerator and dishes, which can of course be used) and a bathroom with bathtub. The free room is located to the courtyard and is therefore pleasantly quiet. It is furnished with a bed, a small sofa and a dresser.

Since I do not yet know if my sister will move in, the rental contract is first terminated (with flexible withdrawal data). If they do not involve, the contract may of course be extended.

I'm 26 years old, student, and have been living in the apartment for about four years – together with my cat. She is very kind, curious and loves society, but has no experience with other animals. It would be nice if you like to spend time with her – stroke, give a bit of attention – I take care of all duties such as feeding or the cat's clot. She likes to move freely in the apartment, so you shouldn't have a problem with it when she looks into your room.

I wish a roommate with whom you communicate openly and create a pleasant coexistence together. We can best settle house rules together – it is important to me that we deal with each other in a thoughtful way, but I am not a strict person. If the weekend doesn't get cleaned, it's not a drama – the main thing we're talking about.

Because I'm on my way or sitting at the desk because of the university, it's usually quiet with me. Big parties are rather not my thing, but small, relaxed evenings in a nice round are naturally welcome.

Ich suche eine Mitbewohnerin für ein Zimmer in meiner 2er-WG.

Die Wohnung besteht aus zwei Schlafzimmern, einer gut ausgestatteten Küche (mit Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Mikrowelle, Induktionsherd, Kühlschrank und Geschirr, das natürlich mitbenutzt werden kann) und einem Bad mit Badewanne. Das freie Zimmer liegt zum Innenhof und ist dadurch angenehm ruhig. Es ist möbliert mit einem Bett, einem kleinen Sofa und einer Kommode.

Da ich noch nicht weiß, ob meine Schwester einziehen wird, ist der Mietvertrag zunächst befristet (mit flexiblen Auszugsdaten). Sollte sie nicht einziehen, kann der Vertrag selbstverständlich verlängert werden.

Ich bin 26 Jahre alt, Studentin, und wohne seit etwa vier Jahren in der Wohnung – zusammen mit meiner Katze. Sie ist sehr freundlich, neugierig und liebt Gesellschaft, hat aber keine Erfahrung mit anderen Tieren. Es wäre schön, wenn du gerne Zeit mit ihr verbringst – streicheln, ein bisschen Aufmerksamkeit schenken –, alle Pflichten wie Füttern oder das Katzenklo übernehme ich natürlich. Sie bewegt sich gern frei in der Wohnung, also solltest du kein Problem damit haben, wenn sie auch mal in dein Zimmer schaut.

Ich wünsche mir eine Mitbewohnerin, mit der man offen kommuniziert und gemeinsam ein angenehmes Zusammenleben gestaltet. Hausregeln klären wir am besten zusammen – mir ist es wichtig, dass wir rücksichtsvoll miteinander umgehen, aber ich bin keine strenge Person. Wenn am Wochenende mal nicht geputzt wird, ist das kein Drama – Hauptsache, wir sprechen drüber.

Da ich wegen der Uni zurzeit viel unterwegs bin oder am Schreibtisch sitze, ist es meist ruhig bei mir. Große Partys sind eher nicht mein Ding, aber kleine, entspannte Abende in netter Runde sind natürlich willkommen.
