Die Wohnung verfügt über 2 Zimmer, Küche Bad und Balkon und ist gut gelegen, das Haus ist ruhig und trotzdem Zentral. Des weiteren ist die Wohnung gut ausgestattet, sauber und funktionell.
Im Einzug und Auszugdatum bin ich ein wenig flexible.... so das auch von dem oben angegeben Zeitraum abgewichen kann.
The apartment has 2 rooms, kitchen, bathroom and balcony and is well located, the house is quiet and yet central. Furthermore, the apartment is well equipped, clean and functional.
In the move-in and move-out date I am a little flexible.... so that can deviate also from the period indicated above.
Die Wohnung liegt im grünen Tiroler Viertel direkt neben Brennerberg, zwischen dem U-bahnhof Vinetastraße (U2) und S-Bahn Bornholmer Straße (S1 · S2 · S25 · S26 · S8 · S85) auch Busse und Tram sind sehr gut zu erreichen und mit dem Fahrrad macht es hier sowieso am meisten Spaß.
The apartment is located in the green Tiroler Viertel right next to Brennerberg, between the underground station Vinetastraße (U2) and the S-Bahn Bornholmer Straße (S1 - S2 - S25 - S26 - S8 - S85). Buses and trams are also very easy to reach and cycling is the most fun here anyway.
Ich selber würde mich als ruhigen und umgänglichen Menschen bezeichnen. Beruflich unterrichte ich die Kunst der traditionellen Thaimassage. Ich plane und verwalte meine Kurse von zu Hause aus , sodas ich in der kursfreien Zeit von zu Hause aus arbeite. Ich würde mich über einen Mitbewohner freuen, der ab und zu Lust hast einen Kaffee mit mir zu trinken. Ansonsten habe ich keine weiteren Erwartungen an meinen Mitbewohner.

I would describe myself as a quiet and sociable person. Professionally I teach the art of traditional Thai massage. I plan and manage my courses from home so that I can work from home during the free time. I would be happy to have a roommate who occasionally wants to drink a cafe with me. Otherwise, I have no further expectations of my roommate.
