Das Zimmer ist ca 18qm groß und im Moment mit Bett, Schreibtisch(Stuhl), Kommoden und Kleiderstange möbliert.
Die vorherige Mitbewohnerin würde für ca. 400 Euro VHB die Möbel hinterlassen.
Jenachdem was übernommen werden möchte.
Alle Möbel sind in gutem Zustand.
Die Lage ist super.
Sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung an Tram M1,M13,M12 und S,41/42,85... und U 2 über Schönhauserallee.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten etc., sind direkt vor der Haustüre. (100m)
Ansonsten ist es hier sehr ruhig und gediegen, jedoch ist man sofort mitten in Prenzlauer Berg, etc.
Ich hatte bisher keine reine Zweck WG und das möchte ich auch nicht.
Nach einem langen Tag, setze ich mich gerne zusammen in die Küche und esse gemeinsam bei einem entspannten Gespräch oder gehe am Wochenende gerne gemeinsam was trinken, auf ein Konzert oder ähnliches.
Ich lege großen Wert auf Ordnung und Sauberkeit im Haushalt.
Hier hat jeder seine Aufgaben zu übernehmen.
